This property is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhome located in 30A's hottest community called Prominence. This townhome is on the second level. The unit can sleep up to five. The name of this property is E Komo Mai. Guests have access to the large, resort-style community pool, complete with a grilling area, that is only a few minutes walk away. The Prominence North Pool House features private cabanas, an outdoor dining pavilion, and a fitness center. Walk to The Hub that features restaurants, boutique shops, and a covered event pavilion. Residents and guests enjoy events including concerts, family activities, and movie nights. South Walton's beautiful sugar-white sand beaches are just a short drive away on 30A. You can either drive to the beach access or ride the community shuttle that usually runs from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. The beach is not within easy walking distance. According to Google maps, this property is about 3.5 miles or an 8 minute drive to Santa Clara Beach access. Santa Clara Beach access has public parking and restrooms. We do not charge for a damage deposit in advance and do not require anyone to purchase Damage Protection Insurance that would cost extra, however, we do require that a valid MasterCard, Visa, or American Express be held on file at the Beaches of South Walton Vacations rental management office to have for any damage should it occur during your stay at the property. This is required even if you choose to purchase Damage Protection Insurance that is offered to you from the Vrbo advertising site. Jump in one of our kayaks and paddle from the lake to the beach in just 15 minutes, take a quick 4-minute bike ride to the public beach access less than half a mile away or drive two minutes to public access with parking at Deer Lake State Park. No matter how you choose to get there, we have all the gear you need to enjoy a relaxing day lounging on the beach, including chairs, a beach tote, a cooler, a beach wagon, and an umbrella. We share the dock and other parts of the property and ask that guests remember to treat the complex and our neighbors with respect. • While we do have some amenities geared towards little ones, note our property is not entirely “baby-proofed.” You are responsible for ensuring your child’s safety, especially around the water. • We have a zero-tolerance smoking and pet policy. Entire space plus community dock is included in this rental. You are free to use our four kayaks and two bikes (please see Hostfully house manual for instructions). Please, make yourself at home while you're here, but keep in mind we share part of the property with our neighbors.!
